How did this slip past me for over two years? Well, that's been fixed. For three and a half decades, Heathen has released beast after musical beast. Despite a small discography, an eight year hiatus, and numerous line-up changes, the band's standards have remained impeccable; always considerably higher than the supposed "Big 4". David White and Lee Altus have kept classy, old-school, melodic thrash very much alive, while never becoming metallic dinosaurs. Beyond recommended.
